Please submit your visa application early as it can take between 6 and 8 weeks to process, or in exceptional cases even longer, depending on the season. 
The Congress organisers would be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to registered delegates who require an invitation letter for visa purposes. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help registered delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the Congress to provide any financial support.   

Letters of invitation may be requested during the online registration form. Please follow the steps below:

• Click on the on-line registration form.
• Fill the form and at the end, in the “registration details” page, tick the box “I need a support letter for visa purposes”.
• Once ended the process, you will immediately receive an e-mail with the invitation letter and the voucher with the services booked.
