César Díaz García, MD, MPH, is Associate Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology at La Fe University Hospital (University of Valencia). He obtained a Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine at the Complutense University of Madrid and he is the coordinator of the Fertility Preservation Unit at La Fe University Hospital. His scientific background is completed with a stay as visiting researcher at the Sahlgrenska University-University of Gothemburg.
His scientific career has been devoted to the field of fertility preservation, with special interest on ovarian cortex transplantation, uterus transplantation and poor response in IVF. At he present he is the supervisor of the research branch at La Fe University Hospital-Women’s Area.
He is currently Associate Editor of Human Reproduction since January 2013, he is ad-hoc reviewer for different journals classed within the top-ten of ObGyn and he has published more than 30 peer-reviewed scientific papers and book chapters.
